Complete Support Day Services provides living and learning day opportunities to people with learning disabilities in Northampton. Our aim is to offer diverse and inclusive sessions which enhance peoples lives and are specific to individual needs. We use achievement and development folders to track your progress and celebrate all of your achievements big and small!

Our story
We began running activity sessions with our supported living customers at Complete Support Care Services Ltd, in the summer of 2019. We would meet up every Friday at a local community hall and would spend the day engaging in various activities. Our customers developed many skills from these sessions and would look forward to meeting up with their friends each week. During the lockdown in summer 2020, we began doing short sessions every week day on online video platform Zoom. We wanted to ensure our customers had a period in each day that they could spend interacting with others and completing meaningful activities. We shared what we were doing on our social media pages and this attracted a lot of external attention from other people from the learning disability community wanting to find out how they can take part as well.

Our Living & Learning Program
We offer a varied and engaging program which is personalized to each customer. Our aim is to set each customer outcome based goals to enable and empower them to become more independent.

🗣Communication & languages
We deliver sign and foreign language sessions. Our day service manager has her level 1 and 2 BSL and we use language-learning platform Duolingo!
Our Aims & Objective

Central to our ethos is supporting our customers to reach their full potential through providing purposeful experiences and activities. We understand that to really be able to achieve this, it is also very important that our customers are having fun and socialising! We really value our customer's feedback in order to keep our sessions engaging and enjoyable. We hold a monthly committee meeting where customers are given the chance to express their views on the previous months activities and we design upcoming sessions together.
