Our supported living service covers the Northampton area and provides individualised care packages to people with learning disabilities. Our aim is to promote customers independence to the very best of their individual abilities.
Our Aims & Principles
Complete Support Care Services aims to provide the highest possible levels of care and support which meets the needs of vulnerable people in their own homes, by operating a service that complies with and aims to exceed the fundamental standards. The service's ethos aims to ensure that customers are:

We also offer supported short breaks - Complete Support Short Breaks gives the people we support and external customers the opportunity to stay in our luxury holiday home in Heacham, Norfolk.
We have trained team members ready to whisk away for a traditional British seaside holiday :)

Central to this is our true belief that the rights of the people we provide a service to are absolutely paramount, with good leadership principles and working closely with the people we support we hope to promote their absolute right to make the most of their physical, intellectual, emotional and social abilities.
Our service is regularly audited to ensure it is safe and properties well kept at all times. Individuals personal bedrooms are furnished and decorated to their own preference without exception. Communal areas are made homely and welcoming to tenants and their visitors.
We are fully committed to investing in our staff team to ensure they deliver a flexible and consistent service which exceeds the expectations of those who commission our service and more importantly those people who use it.
